These Terms govern your use of the websites, mobile applications and services provided by CANYAS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Canyas", "we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Services, and old enough to form a binding contract for any paid features. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
2. Use of the Services
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- upload harmful, abusive, deceptive or illegal content;
- reverse engineer, scrape or disrupt the Services, or bypass security measures;
- use the Services to send spam or to impersonate others.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the Services. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Some features require payment. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by those platforms' terms, including their billing, auto-renewal and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your store account settings. Purchases made directly with us are described at the point of sale.
5. Third-party services
The Services may connect to third-party platforms (for example advertising, marketplace or sign-in providers). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Third-party names are trademarks of their owners and are used for identification only.
6. AI features and professional advice
Some features use automated or AI-generated output. Such output may be incomplete or inaccurate; review it before relying on it. Recommendations from our tools or consulting are informational and do not guarantee any particular business result.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, text and trademarks, are owned by CANYAS LLC or its licensors and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Services or other users.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CANYAS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD 100.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence applies.
12. Apple App Store notice
If you downloaded an app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and CANYAS LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and is not responsible for claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
